Am I eligible to attend MYC2025?

Our target demographic for the 2025 Melbourne Christadelphian Youth Conference is youth, aged 14 (must be turned 15 by June 30th 2025) to 32.

When is the Conference?

The MYC2025 dates are Sunday 5th – Sunday 12th January, 2025.

How much does it cost?

The cost for MYC25 is $770, as a standard rate. Full-time students receive a discount, reducing the cost to a total of $720.

This is inclusive of a $100 non-refundable deposit, which we are unable to refund in the majority of cancellation cases (this applies only to those who hold a place, not those on a waiting list).

When should I book flights for?

Our suggested times to flights to and from Melbourne are:

Sunday the 5th: Arrive by 2.30pm
Sunday the 12th: Departure after 4.30pm

If you can’t get flights within these windows, it’s not the end of the world – but it might make travel more complicated, or mean you miss sessions (or worse, food!).

How can I get from the airport to the conference?

We’ll be organising transport! If you’re arriving during the above time-slots, we’ll be in contact to let you know how to find us. If not, get in contact with us, and we’ll sort something out!

The registration form said it’s going to charge my card automatically! What’s that all about?

Our registration platform will automatically take care of charging your card the remaining balance, if you opted to only pay the deposit up-front. This means you don’t have to enter your details for a second payment, and it’s all handled automatically (provided there are enough funds available!)

How can I make a payment against my registration?

You can make a direct deposit payment at any time, using the bank details available in your registration confirmation email. Alternatively, you can make a voluntary card payment by registering an account with our registration platform and following these instructions.

Will MYC25 book out?

We have endeavoured to get an awesome venue, and combining this with incredible speakers and an enriching programme, you never know. We suggest you don’t hold off and book now.

When are registration fees due?

Standard registration fees are now due at the end of October 2024. If this date is an issue or if you’ve paid via direct deposit and want to double check that this has been matched to your account, contact us.

What is your refund policy?

We would love to be able to supply full refunds for those who end up being unable to make it, however practicalities do not allow for this, as there are a number of costs that we incur regardless of whether attendance is made, and this increases the closer we get to conference.
Given this, and barring extraordinary circumstances, our refund policy is as defined below. Note that these amounts are excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit.

2+ months prior to conference: 100% refund
1-2 months prior to conference: 50% refund
<1 month prior to conference: 0% refund
